The field trip will take us firstly to Plum Village Buddhist community, home base of the well-known Vietnamese Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh, then to the medieval city of Saint Émilion with its vineyards, a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage site. We will visit the city and the underground catacombs and wine cellars, where we will stop for tasting the local wine, and which includes the famous underground monolithic church.
Nous visiterons tout d’abord le Plum Village, centre mondialement connu des activités du maître bouddhiste vietnamien Thich Nhat Hanh. Ensuite, l'excursion propose un tour complet de la ville de Saint Émilion avec ses églises, ses catacombes et galeries souterraines (dont certaines aménagées en chais à barriques, où il y aura une dégustation de vin), y compris la fameuse église monolithique.
